“We loved the location of this hotel! We could see the top of the tower from our window and it was easy to navigate into the heart of the city from the front door of the hotel. The staff was all super friendly and willing to talk to us in Spanish (so we could practice) but also willing to switch to English when we were out of our league for communication. The cleaning staff was all kind and friendly as well. That being said, I think we had the smallest room in this entire hotel, I was afraid that my knees would hit the wall when using the bathroom, there wasn't counterspace to put really anything around the sink to get ready (pedestal sink), and there was a drop in the floor for the door to the hallway that if you're not paying attention, you could trip and fall into (right up against the bed). It was definitely a bed-room for sure and we had a queen(ish) sized bed and not a king. When I peered into other rooms while the cleaning staff was working they all definitely had bigger beds and more space. I was worried about outside noise getting in during the stay with it being in the heart of Santa Cruz, but the only sound we heard from outside was the tower bells (which was great!), however what I didn't think of was that I could hear every person in the hotel from inside my room (and I assume they could hear us). The hallways is all tile and an open atrium, so noise definitely carries. Our shower backed up on day one and over flowed, we alerted hotel staff to it, however I don't think it was addressed since it still backed up (but maybe because it was "less of a backup"), the staff seemed surprised when we told them it was room 35 (like this is a normal thing for other rooms). The last thing I'd say is that the atrium / hallways smells heavily of roses (like fake roses) and I know some people that would definitely get an instant headache from opening their door. You can't smell it in your room. All in all, it was a decent hotel that served it's purpose (for us to sleep), with a great location, affordable prices, and a friendly staff, but I'm not sure that I would rebook this one if we were to return to Sevilla.”

“Excellent location, few steps from the Girlada and Cathedral, and pretty much all attractions. Few things to note: reception open only till 11pm if you have a late arrival you will need to go to another hotel to check in but is very close, Jesus was super helpful checking us in at night. Also, reception on Tuesdays do not open till 10 am. Coffee, tea, kettle and water jug are available during reception opening hours. Reception staff are helpful and professional. Hotel has 3 floors, no lift. Few rooms available, we were lucky as we didn’t have any noise around, rooms have windows looking into the hall. Very homely feeling. Hotel does not have breakfast options and only the mentioned are available. Also, bed preference are not guaranteed until check in, make sure you do mention if you want a double or twin beds ahead of time. We had a free taxi offered as part of the booking. The room we had (33) had only one small wardrobe and no place to put belongings or hang towels, ok room size and bathroom. Overall a good stay, very clean place, comfortable, convenient and relatively good price.”

“We stayed for 3 nights, lovely comfy bed, room more than adequate gor our needs. Location is perfect. It is so close to the Palace, Cathedral, about a 12-minute walk to the Plaza de Espana. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 3 minute walk, excellent!! Had a small leak in the bathroom, which was dealt with very quickly by management. We were very happy with the communication regarding check-in, access codes, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to return!”
